Easy White Puto

Features:
    Cuisine:

Not knowing how this is supposed to turn out (texture), it was a little doughy so I left it in a little longer. Otherwise it was pretty good. Some good hints (for me anyway), put the pan in the oven BEFORE you fill it full of water! LOLI will definitely try this again, my family liked them! Thanks.

Easy White Puto,This is an easy white Puto (Filipino Bread) recipe for all us newbies to this form of cooking, it came from an Eighth Grade Class Recipe book of Local St. Charles Borromeo Catholic School. I have not tried this yet but certainly intend to soon. I may need to adjust the steaming time and servings once I get this made.,Not knowing how this is supposed to turn out (texture), it was a little doughy so I left it in a little longer. Otherwise it was pretty good. Some good hints (for me anyway), put the pan in the oven BEFORE you fill it full of water! LOLI will definitely try this again, my family liked them! Thanks.,Thank you. Usually puto has to be steamed and I have been looking for a way to bake them instead. This way I can do the whole thing at one time instead of by batches in the mini muffin pans.
