One Pan Chocolate Snack Cake,This is a recipe my mother made when we were children. It was so moist it never needed frosting. Mom would use a paper doily to make a pretty powdered sugar design on the top. I have found a couple online, but they just were not as good.,I have made this several times, and it always comes out great!,I love chocolate, but Im not a fan of frosting so this recipe is ideal. And while I do always keep eggs in my frig, eggs are not part of this recipe yet youd never know it. There is deep chocolate flavor, moist crumb and the perfect amount of cake for one chocoholic to snack on all week. The recipe says you can mix it all in the pan, but I prefer to mix it in a bowl and pour it into a prepared pan for a better blended batter. It would be splendid with ice cream, whipped cream or confectioners sugar sprinkled on top. I eat it naked and feel like a happy five year old again.
