Strawberry Muffins,I like this recipe for teacher gifts, church socials and just plain munching on! I can never make enough!,No one answered 2 of the reviewers questions: why the difference in butter, and are you able to use frozen berries? Well Ill answer from my experience: used frozen berries and the 1/2 c.melted butter, and even with sugar on top, they are not near sweet enough! The frozen berries made the batter turn colors also but I dont care about that! I followed the rest of the recipe to a T, and I just think they are to bland all together. Im going to cut them in half and add fresh berries and whip cream to make like a short cake.,Why is there a difference in the butter

Heat Oven to 375f. |

Combine Flour, Baking Powder, Salt and 1 Cup of the Sugar in Medium Bowl. |
