Southern Fluffy Frosting,I adopted this great recipe…original text was….A fluffy meringue type frosting, similar to 7 minute frosting but doesn’t require beating over the stove.,Excellent flavor, creamy and light, reminds me a bit of marshmallow. It is a bit sticky though and a little hard to cut the cake without making a mess.,This frosting was the best. I did half the recipe and it made plenty. I got so many compliments on the cake. Place Sugar, Corn Syrup and Boiling Water in a 3 Qt Saucepan Over Moderate Heat. |
