Berry Muffins,This is a recipe from The Muffin Lady cookbook, that I changed a little bit. It makes a delicious, bakery style muffin. use a frozen berry mix, and the combination is heavenly.,I liked that they weren’t overly sweet but for some reason they turned out really dry. I’m not usually a baker so I’m guessing it might have been something I did wrong. Any suggestions?,Made these with strawberries I had frozen. They were beautifully light.
