Directions
Blueberry White Chocolate Muffins, This is a great quick bread that I found online sometime ago and is requested often by my family I have made this as muffins, mini loaves, in a bundt cake pan, etc and it is a very forgiving recipe I’ve not used other berries, but I’m sure it would taste great , These sound really yummy going to try them for sure , Very Good! I made this into 3 mini loaves and skipped the white chocolate drizzle I may cut back on the sugar next time in both the recipe and the streusel topping as the white chocolate really sweetens the recipe quite a bit used frozen blueberries, and my loaves took 39 minutes to bake We tried half a loaf last night and DH requested I put some in his lunch today Thanks for sharing Nick’s Mom
