Strawberry Fig Preserves,This is one of DH’s favorite preserves. The recipe came from his grandmother. Prep and cook times are approximate. I’m not sure of the yield, so I’m guessing.,Turned out great! Super sweet, lovely color! Made 6 jars. Will use recipe again.,Great recipe. I cut my pieces of figs so they were just chunky. It was a little sweet to me so I added a sliced lemon to the pot and fished the slices out before filling my jars. Will definitely use this recipe again.
