Directions
Chocolate Banana Muffin, used a blueberry muffin recipe I tried before, but replace the blueberry with banana bits it was an pleasant surprise – I was experimenting with the stuff left in my fridge basically You know the trouble to finish off banana before they all go brown But it turned out really really really nice! Give it a go if you are in the mood of experimental muffin :), The mix ended up pretty stiff, so I added milk until it was a more normal muffin consistency Delicious!, I am trying to get my son to eat something other than chocolate chip Pop Tarts for breakfast I just took some out to him and they were a hit, so I think he’s eating these this week for breakfast!
