Mozzarella-Stuffed Pesto Turkey Meatballs, Mini Meatballs made with turkey and baked From Better Homes & Gardens , I cut the recipe in half, subbed panko GF breadcrumbs, and hemp milk for regular milk added a bit more pesto (mostly because I had it and didn’t want to waste it) and placed the mozzarella in the middle of the meatball The success of the mozzarella was a bit mixed The larger the square the better it seemed But I didn’t feel that the mozzarella gave much to the recipe other than novelty so I will leave it out next time It was flavorful and delicious , Great! Everyone loved them! Used recipe #54348 and homemade pesto Will definitely make these again, even my husband who hates turkey thought they were great Thanks for sharing the recipe!
