Mini Doughnuts,I really luv doughnuts!,I’m from South Africa, so I think our cup measurements are a bit different. My tweaks: I omitted the nutmeg, used less than half cup of sugar, a quarter teaspoon vanilla essence instead of half a teaspoon), and found the batter a bit thick after mixing so I added a splash of milk. Baked these in my Safeway donut machine for 3 minutes, 7 at a time, to yield 30 beautiful mini donuts! My kids love them, thanks for an awesome recipe!
