Additional Optional Ingredients not Included Above: Dried and/or Fresh Herbs, Sliced Tomatoes, Cheese (havarti Is Fantastic on This). |

Mix Dry Ingredients, Then Add Water and 1 1/2 T Oil. Kneed Dough One Minute on Floured Surface. |

Roll Thin and Place on a Lightly Oiled Cookie Sheet. Use a Fork to Poke Holes Over the Entire Surface. |

Bake at 450 Degrees F For Ten Minutes. |

Remove from Oven and Brush With Remaining Olive Oil, and Optional Dried Herbs, and or Sliced Tomatoes. |

Bake an Additional 10 Minutes or Until the Flat Bread Is Done to Your Liking. |

Remove from Oven and Add Any Fresh Herbs or Cheese. If Adding Cheese, Put Back Into the Oven Until the Cheese Is Melted. |
