Apple Muffins

Features:
    Cuisine:

This whole recipe is a bit off. The texture was a bit runny, it makes 15 muffins (Weird 2 muffin pans only make 12 so I had to bake 3 separately), and wheres the cinnamon? Definitely, needs it.

Apple Muffins,These muffins are so good for for breakfast before school or to pack in a lunch with a salad. Recipe source: May 1981),This whole recipe is a bit off. The texture was a bit runny, it makes 15 muffins (Weird 2 muffin pans only make 12 so I had to bake 3 separately), and wheres the cinnamon? Definitely, needs it.,Really loved these muffins. My entire family did, but I think I would use brown sugar in replacement of sugar and add 1 tablespoon of cinnamon for the crumble. I would also add 1 tablespoon of Baking Powder to help it stay to together more. This is one of my favorite recipes and will definitely be making these again!
