1 cup sauerkraut, well drained and chopped
1 tablespoon caraway seed
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 cup rye flour
2 cups bread flour
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast (1 package)

Sauerkraut Rye Bread

    I love the moisture and texture of the dough. I was a little short on sauerkraut so I added a little chopped onion to make up the differenct. I didn't have rye flour so used graham. It will be even better with rye!!!!! Nice First use as crust for ham/swiss pizza with Recipe # 150357 (Mango Ketchup) as sauce. .
