Peanut Brittle,This is the best peanut brittle ever. It does take some time to make but it’s worth it.,This was my first attempt at making brittle or candy of any type. I actually made almond brittle based on this recipe using freash roasted almonds. The only addition I would make to this recipe is the estimated time it takes to reach 240 degrees so newbies like me don’t freak out and think their thermometer is broken. I’m very happy with the way it came out. Thanks for sharing!
