    Pumpkin Muffins, Wonderful and easy Great for a Fall snack , I made these muffins last night and they were wonderful! The only changes I made were used butter instead of shortening, and in place of all the spices used 5 tsp of pumpkin pie seasoning I got 16 muffins and they were ready in 25 minutes Thanks for posting!

    Blend Pumpkin, Eggs, Water, and Shortening in Large Bowl.

    Sift Together Remaining Ingredients and Add to Pumpkin Mixture.

    Fill Greased Muffin Tins About 3/4 Full.

    Bake at 350 Degrees About 30 Minutes or Until Set When Touched.
