    BLESS! I swear I have the worst luck with sugar cookies. This particular one eliminated that. Came out really great, although I went a little overboard with the lemon (it was my first time using zest and really didn't have a reference, even with a measurement haha) I also really gave a good roll in cinnamon, so it smelt like late christmas baking.10/10 recommend, doing it again later

    Mix Sugar and Butter in Large Bowl Until Fluffy.

    Add Milk, Lemon Rind, Vanilla and Egg; Mix Well.

    Cover and Chill For 30 Minutes.

    Heat Oven to 375.

    Shape Dough Into 1-Inch Balls.
