    Genius I have loved all your recipes, but not this one. It has a very salty, bitter after taste. I've gone over the recipe several times, but could it be to much of the starches or the Xantham Gum? I double checked amounts and directions done correctly. Please advise.

Please advise.,This is by and far the best gluten free bread I’ve made, and I’ve tried several. My husband said it tasted just like regular bread. Other than it taking a bit longer to toast, I wouldn’t have known the difference either. And it doesn’t take eight million steps. Thank you for posting an easy, delicious recipe!
