Gourmet Mushroom Pate, This is an easy delicious pate to serve!, I didn’t chop up the mushrooms enough but it was still great!, A very nice pate! I did not have thyme, actually I went to the store for all the ingredients, guess what I forgot what good is a list?? Anyways, used a little garlic power instead, it was very yummy! I will be serving it with pita bread cut into triangles for a yummy appetizer Thanks for a very good recpe

In a Skillet Melt the Butter Over Medium Heat. |
