What more could you ask for? :), This made a great side to go with steaks, knocking out the vegie and starch portion of the meal with one dish It also had a bit of an ohh and ahh factor when I threw it on the table intact before cutting it into segments with a pizza cutter

First Preheat Your Oven to 400f. |

Take Out Your Large Cutting Board and Dust With Flour Lightly. |

Gently Roll the Sheet of Puff Pastry Into a Rectangle 16x10 Inches. |

Trim the Edges If They Are Crooked. |

With a Knife, Score (gently) 1 Inch in from the Edges to Mark a Rectangle. |
