Grandma’s Breakfast Casserole, Another breakfast dish you can make the night before if you wish I like the stewed tomatoes and oregano in this dish , Not sure what went wrong but DH & I did not like this at all It could have been that I bought the stewed tomatoes with the oregeno already in They seemed to overpower the rest of the ingredients We had to add sour cream & salsa to jazz it up a bit (we do that with almost all of our breakfast egg dishes) , Thank you, Miss Annie, for this delicious recipe A very nice change of pace from the sausage – hash brown – egg casserole that I usually serve overnight guests!
