Parmesan Broccoli Balls, This is an excellent hot appetizer, and a particular favorite of mine to serve with any kind of meatballs. These always go fast once they come out of the oven, and are a good way to sneak in some tasty vegetables., This recipe was very simple and easy, they turned out really yummy., These are delicious! I was looking for an easy side dish, and this is it! These freeze very well, and my favorite part is that they go in the oven frozen! I usually make a double batch, then freeze them in dozen or 1/2 dozen batches. Yum!
