Garlic Rubbed Roasted Cabbage Steaks, Recipe was floating around Facebook. Unsure of the origin but thought I would try it., Ive made it a couple of times and people liked it. Its a good appetizer/side., I’ve seen this recipe referred to as poor man’s steak. I like cabbage alright. But when I made this as a side dish while staying with friends, they loved it and it is now a part of their rotation. It’s really good this way. It has to be really charred like the picture. Thanks for posting it.
