Zucchini Bread,This is a dark, rich bread with lots of cinnamon flavor!,This recipe turned out great! I followed the recipe exactly, used a tube pan and the baking time was perfect. Thanks for sharing the recipe!,Excellent recipe, first loaf is all but gone. Fortunately I made two! Didn’t have any nuts on hand, but I did have a mason jar full of dehydrated banana slices from some organic bananas a local store was getting ready to throw out. I took them home and froze half, dehydrated half. The moisture from the zucchini was perfect for hydrating the bananas during cooking. I just mixed them into the batter in whole slices while sill dehydrated and let the juice do the work. Other than that, I left the recipe alone.
