100% Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins,,Very good and healthier than other recipes. We were able to get 24 muffins from this recipe — some to have right away and some to freeze — my type of recipe! Made as directed to use up some buttermilk and other items that were on hand. Thanks for sharing!,I’ve done this recipe many times. Best of all. I add citrus zest for more taste. for VEGAN version: 2 flax seed “eggs” and used almond milk with 1 tbs of cider vinegar. Raise well.
