Limoncello Cake,I was searching for an easy cake to use up some of my Limoncello. We love Limoncello in our family! This uses an lemon cake mix and is full of lemony taste.,Made this for my husband’s birthday, but my sister and mother in law loved it so much, they had me make this same recipe for their birthdays. I omitted the nuts and the glaze I skipped altogether. Instead, I made a lemon curd buttercream and striped it back & fourth around the top of the bundt cakes in their favorite colors. The frosting wasn’t enough to completely cover the cake, but helped keep the top moist and added some definite pucker power, which we all loved! Tomorrow will make the Fourth time I’ve made this for a family member’s birthday.,1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt Lemon cake with pudding in mix Less than 1/2 cup
