Coffee Cup Scramble,I got this at the Taste of Home Cooking School on a card from the American Egg Board. I haven’t tried it yet, but it looks quick and easy.,Easy and delicious. I stirred the cheese in before cooking which worked well.,i actually saw this recently in a Redbook magazine too. I tried it and it worked perfectly except I only microwaved for 20 seconds for the second cooking since the eggs continue to cook a bit after microwave is finished. Made beautiful, fluffy scrambled eggs. I’ve also tried it adding bacon bits or a bit of chopped ham or other ingredients I( might toss into my scrambled eggs. Delicious!
