Banana and Oat Smoothie,A very healthy way to start the day. This is not an overly sweet smoothie, so if you want add some honey. I like it just the way it is.,Yummy and filing breakfast! used almond milk which I have found I like in smoothies and it reduces the fat and calories tremendously. I have since made this several times always using almond milk. I have found adding a few frozen strawberries is another great addition! This would be great for kids who never seem to have time for breakfast!,What a great idea for a fast breakfast! used a frozen banana too,which was quite brown when I freezed it, so I ended up with a sweet and very flavorful smoothie. I was adding banana to my oatmeal ,but I like your way too.For the really brave ones,even an egg could go in there. Thanks for sharing.
