    Yummy and filing breakfast! used almond milk which I have found I like in smoothies and it reduces the fat and calories tremendously. I have since made this several times always using almond milk. I have found adding a few frozen strawberries is another great addition! This would be great for kids who never seem to have time for breakfast!

    Banana and Oat Smoothie,A very healthy way to start the day. This is not an overly sweet smoothie, so if you want add some honey. I like it just the way it is.,Yummy and filing breakfast! used almond milk which I have found I like in smoothies and it reduces the fat and calories tremendously. I have since made this several times always using almond milk. I have found adding a few frozen strawberries is another great addition! This would be great for kids who never seem to have time for breakfast!,What a great idea for a fast breakfast! used a frozen banana too,which was quite brown when I freezed it, so I ended up with a sweet and very flavorful smoothie. I was adding banana to my oatmeal ,but I like your way too.For the really brave ones,even an egg could go in there. Thanks for sharing.
