Basic Green Smoothie (Raw Food),This is a basic smoothie recipe. It’s what use in the winter when fresh fruit is more expensive. Try adding some healthy extras like flax seeds, parsley, ginger, beets, etc.,I added a little honey for sweetness. Very yummy:),A great (and tasty!) way to start the day! DH and I just had this for breakfast. Due to ingredient availability, used tangerine juice, strawberries, pineapple, spinach and sprouts and a little stevia, to kick it up a notch.
