Chill out Frozen Hot Chocolate, We serve this in our ice cream parlor and it’s very popular I know there’s another frozen hot chocolate recipe here, but this one is different, as it’s made with hot cocoa mix , It turned out great, I recommend doing 2 cups instead of 1 1/2 though Hot chocolate makes me want to throw up, but I like the flavor so making it a slushie lets me enjoy the flavor without feeling sick!, Pretty good! It was hard to make though because it took a while to crush the ice

Pour Milk Into Blender. |

Blend First at Low Speed and Then High Speed Until Ice Is Finely Crushed and Slushy. |
