    Ww Banana Peach Smoothie (Ibs Safe), Adapted from Weight Watchers (4 points) and the IBS boards Dairy doesn’t bother my IBS so use regular skim milk , This was pretty good not overly sweet so DH really liked it I added 1 tbsp orange juice concentrate to mine and a peach yogurt for the baby Thanks for a good breakfast
