    Remove the Seeds from the Squash and Remove the Membrane from the Seeds (this Is by Far the Most Time Consuming Bit!).

    Heat a Little Oil in a Frying Pan, Add the Chilli, a Pinch of Sea Salt and the Squash Seeds, Then Heat Through and Serve Immediately.
