Quinoa Bread,I found this on another site and I’m posting it for Zaar World Tour 5.,Quinoa bread: I love quinoa, and I enjoy making bread. Making bread is usually successful for me, but not this time. I followed the instructions as far as having all my ingredients at room temperature, cooked the quinoa beforehand, made the conversion from active dry yeast to instant (what I have on hand). The bread smelled good while in the bread machine. I went to see a neighbor and in that time the cycle finished. Imagine my displeasure when I found the bread had risen so high it stuck to the inside of the lid, and was not fully baked. I tried to finish it off in the oven, but found it to be rather bland, with the cinnamon being the most noticeable ingredient. Unless someone offers some suggestions as to what I might do differently, I’ll pass on this recipe.,Make sure you rinse the quinoa very very well before cooking to remove the soapy taste. Otherwise, a great recipe.
