Awesome Protein Drink, I find most protein drinks taste terrible, are gritty, etc This one is delicious – even my teenage son and husband who hates cottage cheese will drink it Add a scoop of protein powder if you’d like I’m editing this to say that the calorie count on Zaar is incorrect If you use lowfat cottage cheese, the calorie count is actually 250 calories per serving I have also discovered a wonderful new way to flavor this I omit the vanilla and grate some fresh nutmeg in, then a little cinnamon and blend Makes it taste somewhat noggy , My 11 decided to become a vegitarian a couple months ago, so it has been hard to get her enough protein I didn’t tell her what was in it until she said she liked it 🙂 I traded the splenda for Nesquick chocolate powder and added a couple ice cubes She said she wants one every morning , I have been using your basic recipe for over a year and love it Smooth, tasty, and a whooping 40g’s of protein! I vary it by adding frozen berries, carob powder powder, and even a bit of instant coffee! Thanks so much
