Microwave “baked” Apple for One,i’d forgotten about this! so easy and tasty, you may end up very addicted.,This was so easy and so good. I ran a knife along the skin to score it so I wouldn’t need to cut it after it was cooked. Besides the 2 dashes of cinnamon I added a dash of nutmeg and a slight dash of cayenne pepper, it added a nice hint of zip to the sweetness. Nice ending to great day.,So it melted my plastic wrap within the first minute….and preceded to volcano everywhere used Glad! Needless to say, I’m not mad, it turned out delicious. Just be warned… I ended up only cooking about 3:30 since it kept blasting a hole through, but that was actually perfect. used a large Granny Smith, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg, with a Splenda packet and a tsp xylitol and unsalted sweet cream butter

the Plastic Wrap Will Have Made a Big Bubble as It Cooks, This Is Normal. It Works Like a Steamer to Cook the Apple Fast. When Taken from the Microwave (with Pot Holders) It Will Shrink Wrap Your Apple, It's Kinda Fun to Watch. Now Keeping Those Pot Holder on, Carefully Pull Off the Plastic Wrap With a Fork, Mind the Live Steam. |
