Another Pork Chops and Beer Recipe,This is one of our favorites. The first time I made them, I did not let them simmer long enough. They will be falling off the bone when they are done. If you need to add liquid, add beef broth as too much beer will give it a bad taste.,baked in the oven on very low for about 2 hrs, used wheat flour. Great recipe. nice for a cold winter night!! made with some homemade wheat bread and red skin mashed potatoes, used an amber beer and the texture of the pork chop was awesome! Made gravy out of the sauce by adding flour and milk….YUM!
