Red Bean Tomato Salad, I had some red beans left over in a can and I invented this simple way to finish it off I liked it Lets see if anyone else will 🙂 By the way, it is one serving because I often only eat salad It probably would be enough for two if you serve it as a side dish , Brilliant! Easy and ready in a jiffy! I didn’t add any salt or olive oil, but did add black pepper and squeezed some fresh lemon juice over this Wonderful!
