    Heat Olive Oil in a Small Frying Pan.

    Add Mushrooms Sliced Into Fourths.

    Fry Over Medium Heat Until Mushrooms Darken.

    Add Finely Chopped/Pressed Garlic, Basil and Salt. Fry For About 2-3 Minutes.

    Add Bread Crumbs, Stir Until Bread Crumbs Cover Mushrooms.

    Add Parmesan Cheese Over Top, Mix Together Until Melted and Immediately Remove from Heat.
