    Cottage Cheese Pancakes,So light and tasty. Delicious with stewed or canned fruit, as well as syrup!,This was super easy to make. used 2 whole eggs instead of 4 egg whites. I doubled the recipe, blended in the blender. It was a little bland alone but when I poured maple syrup over it, the kids gobbled it up!
