    I made these the other day! I was invited to to a post-lock-down soiree in Sydney and asked to bring corn chips and salsa. Rather than bring a bag of corn chips and store bought salsa, I wanted to make something more personal. I baked them as per the instructions, left them overnight uncovered so they dried out a little more, sprinkled with salt and sprayed them with oil and air-fried them for 10 minutes. WOW. A quick and healthy alternative to store bought corn chips!

    Corn Chips from Scratch,I was looking on the Zaar for this recipe, but suprisingly, only found recipe for corn chips using corn tortillas. Found this somewhere else online..,I made these the other day! I was invited to to a post-lock-down soiree in Sydney and asked to bring corn chips and salsa. A quick and healthy alternative to store bought corn chips!,first, delicious. notes, this is very wet – it’s more like spreading plaster. used an eight-inch putty knife which use in making bread. also, 10 min @ 400F only gets it halfway. Remove from sheet pan at 10 min and put directly on the rack, cut heat to 275 and slowly get them toasty.

    Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees.

    Mix All Ingredients in a Bowl.

    Turn Dough Out Onto a Baking Sheet Lined With Parchment Paper or a Well Oiled Baking Sheet.

    Spread Dough Out Evenly and Thinly Across Pan.

    You May Scored the Dough Into Chip Shapes or Leave It Whole and Break It Up Later.

    Bake For 10 Minutes at 400 Degrees.
