Perfect English Tea,This is more of a technique than a recipe. I adapted this from the Food Network. this would be great using mint or herb teas!,I had no idea this was the proper way.used Earl Grey teabags but can’t wait to try it with loose tea leaves. The tea might taste bitter if squeezing the tea bags. That’s what used to do and my NZ friend taught me not to. It was my first time makind it the proper way rather than boiling the water and pouring it in the mug.thanks sharon
