Smoked Almonds,These taste like the real smokehouse almonds you buy in the store for a huge price. I made these last Christmas for a bazaar and just found the recipe again. They are good even in the middle of summer. I have also used a combination of mixed nuts and they are still good.,They look good, but pretty meh in my opinion. Not nearly smoky enough and cooked way past tastiness. Ive made other recipes in the past that came much closer to the Blue Diamond Smokehouse flavor that Im looking for.,Is the baking required to make the flavor come out right? For example, if I wanted apply the flavoring to pistachios or sunflower seeds that I would typically eat straight out of the bag, would I need to bake them to get the right flavor from the seasoning?
