    Linda, I think this recipe was first copied and left out for takers in the D wing workroom, by JB. She worked in E wing. If I am guessing the name right, you worked in the office. I made this recipe a few times and it is similar to a dish also called Mexican Sweat. The main thing I noticed was that this was much spicier. I ate pretty spicy back then too. It all depends on the heat of the chili peppers I think. I cant find my copy and did a google search to see if it was out there and saw Rons name so I knew I was probably onto the one I knew!

    Brown the Meat and Onion. Spray Crockpot With Pam and Then Pour Meat and Onion Mixture Into the Crockpot. Add All the Rest. Stir Well.
