Five stars - excellent! Boy, you're right, this is addictive. I got a similar recipe at a cooking class and so decided to try this recipe with the following changes - used a bit less sugar, maybe 2/3 of a cup and could reduce that a bit more, and used fresh jalapeno instead of canned ones. From my other recipe, I've tried mint instead of cilantro, but either one is delicious! I love the apple in this, makes it great! Do not hesitate to try this, it's fantastic and you won't be disappointed. Thanks for posting, #795613, I appreciate it.
