Use a Stew Pot and Boil Enough Water to Cover All the Meat, Onions, Vegetable Oil and Salt. |

Boil Until Tender/Almost Done. |

Meanwhile, Puree Together Tomatoes, Garlic, Tomatoes Paste, Jalapeno, Red Pepper, and Fresh Herbs. |
