Directions
Banana Blueberry Oatmeal Bread,This tasty bread is even better the day after it’s cooked! From the “Texas Church Supper and Family Reunion Cookbook.”,Used 1/2 cup while flour, 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, 1/2 cup almond flour instead of 1 1/2 cups white flour, Used 1/4 oil and the rest almond milk to reduce fat Used 1/4 truvia baking blend to reduce sugar Tasted great!,Made this during my Christmas baking. Added nearly 2 cups of blueberries and huge chunks of walnuts, certainly more than was called for. I also added a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg because I like a spiced loaf. I finished up by adding a butter/flour/sugar crumble to the top. Hearty loaf. I sliced off a 2″ slab and called it breakfast. Will be making again. Totally owns 5 stars.
