Rich Fudge Ribbon Bundt Cake,This cake is moist and rich! I love the cheesecake filling in the middle!,I made this for Christmas dinner and it received rave reviews. You might think this is a heavy, dense cake but it is most definitely not. It was moist and delicious. In fact, this is the moistest cake I have ever made. It slid right out of the pan after it had cooled a bit. After it had cooled completely, I covered it with the cake carrier lid. When I took the lid off the next morning to glaze it, water had condensed in the lid. And despite losing that moisture, it was still wonderfully moist. Recipe #65969, Shiny Chocolate Glaze, was an excellent finishing touch, although the cake would have been tasty without it.
