Pecan Caramel Cheesecake, Awesome recipe. I get lots of requests for this one. I don’t remember where I got it from., Wow! What a cake! This is scrumptious! The crust is to die for. It’s so rich and creamy with ooey gooey caramel. A small piece will satisfy the caramel lover. Try it. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks Treko., Absolutely loved it! Very rich, but delicious. It’s the kind of dessert you can’t eat a huge piece of, which is good! I found that I cooked it for more than an hour for the middle to feel set. Will definitely make again!
