Autumn Apple Cheesecake, mmmmm good, Feeding frenzy! This is like Apple pie on top of cheesecake. So delicious. I didn’t have pecans, but everything else came together and baked up beautifully. I doubled the cinnamon in the crust and topping because I love it. Will make this again. Family loved it. Wish I’d remembered to take a picture!
