Bananas Foster Cheesecake,I adapted this recipe from one I saw online at labellecuisine.com used all extracts because I’m underage. I have NO clue what Bananas Foster tastes like, so I can’t vouch for flavor authenticity. The final product tasted more like a banana cream pie and has a REALLY creamy texture. Frankly, *I* prefer a cakier cheesecake myself, but I enjoyed this. My first attempt at a cheesecake too! Not bad. The recipe doesn’t mention a water bath, but used one anyway. I also used black walnut extract for half of the vanilla because I’ve seen BF recipes that use nuts (namely pecans). Next time, I’ll add more cinnamon in the filling and crust because I love cinnamon.,used my own cheese cake recipe, but was able to cross-compare the bananas foster recipes. I had a few people taste test…they said it was good. Thanks for sharing!
