Cracker Barrels Hashbrowns Casserole

    I've made this as written once and it was just ok. The sour cream was very noticeable for me because I don't typically eat it on tacos etc. The recipe as is would be 3 stars for me. I made it a 2nd time recently and it became 4 stars with my own personal tweaks. I have yet to make a casserole that tastes like Cracker Barrel's tho lol. used half the sour cream, cream of celery because it's all I had, and half the butter. Also, I threw dollops of it onto the pan instead of pressing it all down to make it all uniform. I think it tasted better this way. Overall, good base recipe.

    Cracker Barrel’s Hash Browns Casserole Copycat, Copy Cat Recipe I received a ton from my mom Here’s another I haven’t adusted anything :O) On some I had to guess on the time and servings if I haven’t tried them , This is good but it’s NOT the original since the original recipe DID NOT have corn flakes or sour cream (Refer to recipe 70239 if you want the original recipe!), I haven’t tried Cracker Barrel’s Hashbrown Casserole, but this was great Very easy!     Preheat Oven to 350f and Spray an 11 X 14 Baking Dish With Cooking Spray.

    Mix the Above Ingredients Together, Place in Prepared Pan and Bake For 45 Minutes or Until Brown on Top.
